    Join us for a tour of 5 Community Gardens in Ukiah. This is your chance to meet the gardeners, taste their great produce and recipes, sample creations of celebrity chefs Jim Stuart, Executive Chef at Ukiah Valley Medical Center, and the chefs of Patrona Restuarant and Lounge, enjoy live music in each garden, and finish off the event downtown Ukiah at Tierra - Art, Garden, Wine with wine, more fresh food and music.

    Check out the five gardens online and then visit them in person: Cleveland Lane Community Garden, Jack Simpson Senior Garden, Grace Lutheran Community Garden, Washington Avenue Community Garden, and Nokomis Elementary and Head Start Garden. (See website above for links to the individual gardens)

    Tour starts at Tierra - Art, Garden, Wine at 312 N. School St. in Downtown Ukiah.

    Homegrown in Ukiah - Community Garden Tour is a fundraiser for and sponsored by the Gardens Project of NCO (North Coast Opportunities) Community Action.

    $30 suggested donation per person - everyone welcome! Reserve tickets (and more information) at 707-462-2596, x185. Tickets also available at beginning of tour.
