B-PERC has planned two NLEE Connections Events. We would like to invite any person that plays a role in education to people of the Burin Peninsula. The purpose of the event is to bring together educators of all kinds who wish to incorporate aspects of environmental education into their teachings. The event will be based around information sharing and networking. The first of the two events has been booked at Lake Academy in Fortune and will take place on February 18th, 2010 from 3:00-5:00 P.M. We are currently making plans for the second event and will send date, time and location at a later date.
