A Fun Filled Free Family Style Event of Earth Friendly Proportions1
Get your GREEN on! Plantation's Department of Landscape Architecture presents GREEN DAY, an environmental expo showcasing all things green.
Featuring: lots of kids activities; a 5K walk-a-thon for adults as a fundraiser for cancer research; organic food vendors; an organic farmers market; a hot dog fundraiser by the 'Kids Serving Kids' organization; and MORE!
As of Oct 2009, vendor space is still available for nature-inspired artists and eco-entrepreneurs are compatible with Green Day Environmental Expo's mission, which is to provide resources for the public to be better environmental advocates, conservationists, and conscientious consumers.
