Pure Mendocino is a weekend celebration benefiting the Cancer Resource Centers of Mendocino County, that will celebrate its 6th anniversary Organic Dinner Celebration this year with a dinner at Paul Dolan's Biodynamic Dark Horse Vineyard above the Talmage Bench on Saturday, August 28th, 2010.
The Sixth Annual Pure Mendocino weekend opens with the highly anticipated organic, wine-paired dinner at Dark Horse Vineyard in Ukiah, a biodynamic farm owned by Paul Dolan, partner in Mendocino Wine Company. He serves as the Pure Mendocino event co-chair together with Sara O’Donnell, Director of the Cancer Resource Centers of Mendocino County. As he has done for the last five years, Chef Craig Strattman, Chef-Owner of Patrona Bistro and Wine Bar in Ukiah, once again presents this delectable multi-course meal showcasing organic ingredients and wines from Mendocino County’s diverse growing regions. Cost: $135 per person
